The CityZenApp SaaS Platform is a new approach to how a municipality provides services to its citizens.

Why CityZenApp?

Multi-channel approach: web, email, sms
CityZenApp consists of: a Mobile Application & Web App for Citizens, a Web back office for the Municipality personnel, and a Mobile Application for the external workers of the Municipality.
The main channel is the mobile phone, while other channels are utilized as well, such as micro web site, email, sms, as well as interacting with the platform through the use of a special 5-digit "Citizen Line" telephone number.
For the Municipalities a web based CMS is provided that supports user roles to manage all of the above services as well as access to useful analytics that constitute a decision-making tool for the better services of the citizens.
